Apartment was clean and spacious and had everything that was needed for our short stay. The air conditioning was very welcome given the hot spell.

The shower was a bit basic, and there very few glasses e.g. only 2 wine glasses. The property did not have a balcony whch is its biggest drawback

Air con not working in main bedroom. I only ever book accommodation with air con so this was a big negative. Would also have been good to have an information pack in regards to wifi, pool cards, local amenities etc.

The apartment overall was good. Clean and spacious for a Family of 5.

Air Conditioning in the main bedroom was broken and the room became Hot, humid, and totally uncomfortable which made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. When we complained, at first they made it seem it was new to them but later it was apparent that the AC was broken for quite a while. They were waiting on a new motherboard. They could have been honest and let us know before but didn´t. Dish washer also not there but replaced the day we checked in. Parking your car is a nightmare and if you have an electric car like we do, it becomes an issue. Kitchen utensils were a bit lacking.

the bedrooms need proper curtains. the apartment had a musty smell at check-in. it wasn’t dusted and aired before arrival, it was horrible. the toilet paper was cheap and 1 ply.

Self catering function, had everything you needed. Plus points to staff who brought extra pillows when we requested!

The bed could be more comfy and it would have been nice to have a kettle. If you leave in the morning and plan to come back during the day, the parking space is being taken over by the clubhouse staff.
