A cosy cottage in a quiet location within easy reach of a small shop and a pub. Well equipped with comfy beds, log fire and well stocked kitchen and utility room.
It was very cold initially on arrival and took 24 hours to heat up. 2 of the TV remotes were without batteries and we couldn’t work out how to cast from our laptop although the info file said we could.

The location was great for access too many walking alternatives as well as 2 pubs. The welcome pack was excellent and the cottage recently decorated with modern bathrooms. Just a pity the owners hadn’t invested in the matters mentioned below to improve the overall experience
The mattress on the King sized bed was totally unacceptable and left spring imprints on your body. The electrics kept tripping which was annoying particularly for a Xmas week stay. Kitchen utensils were insufficient and generally dirty with lack of glasses. suggest a trip to IKEA to replenish.
