Расположение-самый центр города. Хозяйка Тина очень добрый человек. В номере у нас все было. Есть отдельные нюансы, не существенные. Например, гостевой дом закрывается в 12 ночи до утра, поэтому он более подходит семейным людям, которые не будут всю ночь гулять по активностях на набережной.

اعجبني موقع الهوتيل جداً جداً في وسط مركز المدينة كنت اخرج طوال اليوم فقط ارجع للنوم هو ليس فندق كبير و لكن مريح و هادئ و اصحاب الفندق متعاونين و لطيفين جداً معنا

Great place in the quiet center of Batumi. There is everything you need to stay. Toilet and bath in the room. The sea and the embankment just a stone's throw away. The owner is a great guy, always ready to help.
For such a price there are no flaws. Is that not enough mirrors in the bathroom and bedside lighting

we would like to can prefer this hotel again cause of location. You can stay with friend. Personel is very kindfull. There is no loud problem at night. Balcony has great view to central lake.
Room and specially bathroom was not clean enough. Actually bathroom is terrible. Hot water system was broken at the time we located. It can be a bit difficult to find as the hotel' main gate does not have a sign in latin letters.
