The owners were lovely, and the property was beautifully situated with a view of the ocean. It was convenient to Agrigento and the historical architectural Park.
The bathroom was very small. The property was right next to a main road, although it was not disruptive.

GIanCarlo and his family are gracious hosts. The home is exquisite-simple elegance and a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the ocean air and rustling palms. Highly recommend q two night stay if coming from Palermo. Our one full day we just lounged for the better part of the day, sitting by the pool or terrazzo, followed by a late afternoon dusk visit to the Temple and a dinner at San Leone.
We had a bit of a time finding the entrance due to damage from Cyclone Harry. While we may have received directions we missed them and so were at a bit of a loss as Google Maps is not helpful. When we did finally reach Giancarlo by phone he kindly met us and showed us the way.

Absolutely everything. The dynamic duo of brother and sister made our stay magic. The property is spectacularly beautiful. They have a little piece of heaven. Wished we had stayed longer. The location is central to Valley of the Temples and town.

gardens well kept. staff friendly with good English
facilities that are on booking.com are not available such as bar and coffee shop. breakfast was in a cellar room with a snooker table in the middle. no windows or air conditioning. breakfast very limited.
as it was raining we were not shown the pool or terrace - couldn’t swim as cleaning robot in the pool.
toothbrush holder dirty
located next to a main road so there would be traffic noise while on terrace
