Good location, around 15-20 minutes to the centre of the town.
Very spacious rooms
Lovely balcony and neighbours who all stopped for a chat or a wave from their balcony
We didn't use them but the tram stop was close
A quite and safe neighbourhood.
The shower door didn't close and one of the two shower heads didn't work but this is a minor gripe.
The bells tolling from the local (St Peter's) Church are loud if the windows are open!

heating in kitchen and single bedrooms could be better, but only if we are nitpicking
