Hibatullah Hotel Makkah

The services were excellent overall. I particularly appreciated the smooth and convenient early check-in, as well as the functional and efficient elevators, which operated smoothly even during peak hours without overcrowding. The room service was also excellent, with special appreciation to Mr. Noor Mohammed for his professionalism and attentive service. During check-out, Hama Dudi and Yahaya Hamdi were very helpful and courteous, particularly in assisting with my lodge booking and arranging the airport shuttle. Their support made the check-out process smooth and convenient.

The hotel location, staff and room size are exceptional, this is my 2nd stay and definitely won't be my last one, a short walk to Haram and 5 mins ride to Haramin train, they allow early check in and late check out, I highly recommend it and you won't regret it.

It was walking distance to the haram. We can use a Jim hotel as a shaded, air conditioned short cut. Mr Yahya was very friendly and even offered us a complementary buffet breakfast. They were flexible with the check out time and did not charge us.

The service was great, the staff were all friendly. It’s close to the haram. The beds were very clean. I can’t complain.

The location is 10 to 15 minutes walk from Haram but it’s a bit challenging cause it was on hills.

Nice staff at the reception, clean room and washroom
