Everything was amazing, from an amazing breakfast where you can see the sight over Istanbul, to the relaxing swimming pool, richly decorated interiors and confort in the room. Everything was very tidy and the personnel always wants to make sure that your stay is alright. 100% would recommend!
My room had an inconvenience with the air conditioning, and heat can be really uncomfortable in Istanbul. But the room had a fan, so it somehow did the work. Apart from that, everything was flawless.

Location was great and friendly staff
AC broke first day and little help. This affected the breakfast in the morning with items not available. The overall breakfast was poor and needs to be improved. Out of our 7 days stay we only attended once as the setup was poor for high end hotel

Great location, nice rooms, swimming pools, sauna, paid parking in front of the hotel. Pleasant and welcoming staff, Sara and the hotel team.
Small maintenance-related things around the indoor swimming pool.

Good location and good breakfast.
Facilities were ok but need updating
Room was dirty even after waiting an extra hour to check in (2 hours after the allocated check in time)
Wallpaper peeling off the walls and stuck down with masking tape.
Really loud air conditioning
