The location, the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and the area surrounding it. Room service was good and the room was cleaned daily. There was a generator that kept the power on during an 8h power cut - huge bonus.
The hotel room was tired and needs refreshing. The aircon was poor. It did manage to keep the room relatively cool, but no cooler than 24c. The shower head did not stick to the wall so had to hold it whilst showering. The doors did not seal properly so there were geckos in the room sometimes.

Very friendly staff, they were very helpful about specific dietary requests and cooked especially for us. The location is good pretty central . Room was clean. They provide beach towels. Hot water in the shower very consistent. Microwave in the room additional to hot water and fridge. The pool was not busy , nice ocean view from it .
Quite a lot of ants . Also in the restaurant area some big ants , I got bitten by one. I think they are falling off the tree above the sitting area.

Th location is amazing
The beach directly in front of the property is right next to a public beach access. It can get pretty busy during the day
