Dirty, smelly, 1 of my rooms AC was not working even after the technician can still the same.. the shower area was very bad.. the pipe was dirty and nasty..

Pool area was nice. Good location.
“Fabulous breakfast” was some stale pastries and fruit that wasn’t fresh.
Housekeeping kept trying to get in to clean the room at 9am - ringing the doorbell until I answered/waking me up.
Cockroaches were in the main bar when I had a coffee in there.
Concierge also calling me at 9am asking why I hadn’t been to breakfast yet - when breakfast doesn’t finish until 10am.

Quite dirty. Small trashes can be seen on the hallway and under the bed

Good hotel with decent decor, ambience and facilities. The hotel has multiple stores and restaurants below that offer good food. Rooms are spacious and offer enough place to move around and storage spaces. The staff was decent & helpful. Housekeeping was good.
The room lighting could have been better, especially on the working desk. Carpet cleaning wasn't done correctly every day.
