Very comfortable room and common area in the hostel. The surrounding park is very nice, especially the hike to Langanan waterfall and the butterfly center. The staff was extraordinarily helpful and pleasant to interact with.
The attractions outside of the park (especially the tropical garden, which seems to be abandoned for years - very creepy) are not so well maintained; there is not *that* much around the area to do for more than 1 full day

Amazing staff who were friendly professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Great location at the hot springs. Clean spacious room.
The location in maps is incorrect so we spent time driving around.

The hotel was nice and super clean and staff were friendly and polite and the food was great.
The room wasn’t kept quiet; even though the next door was sneezing, we still heard it, and it often woke us up. In the daytime, when we tried to sleep, some staff were quite loud.

That villa so nice and big , view also nice , got 3 room inside but one of that room got many bugs, already checking all windows is close that fying bugs dont know where come from , till me need in outside sofa , another 2 room is no bugs
Restaurant that too far
So no lucky is that 2 days is raining , so funny is all staff dont have any umbrella can we borrow us , night time go restaurant also , too dark to go , me also scare my family menber slip and fall
