We really enjoyed our stay here. The room way clean and spacious, the Onsen was great, the Soba restuarant attached was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bookable set special dinner menu to have in the Ryokan was really good! A little out from the city centre but easily reached by car if you have one or taxi. Highly recomemded.
No issues.

An authentic Japanese Ryokan with an excellent soba noodle restaurant and proper Onsen. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Gardens were beautiful and the location was slightly out of the way which just added to the peace and tranquility we were anticipating.
The futons were a little on the thin side but once an extra layer of mattress was added was quite comfortable.

Fantasticly traditional, beautiful Japanese gardens, friendly and helpful staff, great Onsen, Amazing restaurant!
Needed a little more padding on the futon, but once added was perfectly comfortable.
