Affitto giusto in tempo per l'estate. Questo condominio ha tutto ed è appena stato completamente rinnovato. Questo è un condominio al primo piano completamente arredato con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno che può ospitare comodamente quattro. Master ha un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli nella camera degli ospiti. È decorato con gusto con boiserie bianche brillanti e pavimenti in assi grigi imbiancati a calce, che danno la sensazione della spiaggia all'interno. I servizi offerti sono fronte spiaggia privata, una grande piscina riscaldata, campi da tennis, un putting green, ferro di cavallo, shuffle board, bocce e area per grigliate. Le attività della Club House includono carte, bingo e serata al cinema.
La cosa migliore è che sei a pochi passi dal mettere le dita dei piedi nella sabbia.
Il condominio si trova a soli 45 minuti dall'aeroporto di Orlando Int, a meno di 60 minuti da tutte le attrazioni del centro di Orlando tra cui Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World e molti altri. Whether you want to spend your time around the pool or beach, they are only steps away.
For just my husband and myself we found this condo quiet and very comfortable.

This was a very nice property. Newly renovated/updated with nice furnishings and decorations.
The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and a nice pool, courts and activities.
The hosts were very personable and welcoming. I highly recommend this unit. It was a great place to enjoy the warm sunshine of the coast.

It was just as described and had everything we needed. Nice beach just steps away, and the pool was very nice as well. The Property is a little dated but well appointed . The facility is well maintained and kept immaculate. Check in was easy and the communication with the owner was excellent. We felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home while visiting the Space Coast.

A month in Cocoa Beach
The property was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice furniture and decorations. Location is ideal for enjoying the beaches and attractions in the area.

Had a great time! Paul and Jill are very effective communicators. Very convenient location. Quiet environment close to the beach. Nice pool and great neighbors. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Very comfortable beds and everything worked just fine. On-site manager very friendly and helpful. Lots and lots of good restaurants with a wide variety of offerings. Just a very fun time that we enjoyed. I highly recommend this property and the owners. Thanks much!

Home away from home
Everything you could want in a beach home, especially the beach. Clean, comfortable 2 bedroom condo just steps from the heated pool in one direction and the ocean in the other. Convenient to everything in Cocoa Beach. Enjoyed our two weeks so much we are staying for a month next year.

The rental is in a convenient location for visits to Cape Canaveral, Melbourne, and Cocoa as well as other places up and down the coast. Lots of choices for dining and entertainment within short driving distances. Access to the beach is a huge plus. Don't want any sand? The pool is a great alternative. We hope to visit again!

My wife and I enjoyed two weeks at Cocoa Beach. Our condo was perfect for us and was very clean and tidy when we arrived. It was well supplied with beach chairs, etc., had all the basic supplies to get started and was squeaky clean. Paul contacted us several times to make sure we had what we needed and left a bottle of wine to welcome us. We definitely would rent this place again!

Great quiet place to relax!
Overall the stay was great! The owner has a lot of pride in the rental and it is apparent when you see how it is set up. I will be staying again (hopefully after laundry units installed inside).
