Great location connected to the Paragon mall.
Not far from Old Town area and the train station.
They offer an amazing breakfast with so many choices to help start off your day.
The rooms are spacious and very clean.

Location and facilities
All great. Gym equipment could need a touch up (treadmills are broken)

The hotel is absolutely stunning. We had 2 suites and they were both spacious. The staff was extremely helpful and responsive, very gracious, and the hotel is walking distance from the Old City. To make it even more convenient there is a huge mall attached to the hotel.
I liked everything.

Was able to book last minute. Bkfst on site was good. Staff very accommodating. Tub was a nice surprise. Bookend matched granite wall was well done .
This is NOT a 5 star hotel despite the grand entry, friendly staff and granite floors!!! Carpets were dirty and old in hallways and room. Time for removal
and replacement with hard surface cleanable product. Moldy smell was evident as soon as you left the elevator.
Ceiling AC ventilation duct covers need cleaning in bkfst area. All silicone in shower needs redoing. Black mold. It is completely uncleanseable at this point.
