The room was spacious and had air conditioning, which was great. The pool was also nice and well maintained.
The bathrooms were extremely dirty, and we even found cockroaches. The staff also left a lot to be desired, with the exception of Leandro, who was very helpful and kind. We also had a serious issue with the payment: we paid through Booking, but when we arrived, we were asked to pay again and were told that the second payment would be refunded. We paid twice and, three months later, we are still waiting for the refund.
