Convenient location, no contact check in and check out was easy. Room was small but clean.

For a basic accommodation the price was a little bit high, but I think it also depends on when you are traveling. It has everything you need, though!

The hostel now guest house now provides individual rooms rather than hostel bunk beds. The extra space, private shower and personal bathroom was very nice. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. I had wifi too!

It was somewhere to sleep

No support. No staff in sight. Not a whiff of a staff member my entire stay. The roof leaked on to my backpack and clothing when it rained.

We never saw the staff. If there’s an emergency you must call them, which is not convenient if your using an European number. No one come to clean in 3 days. a few things (minor stuff) disappear from the room.

Clean, had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked well. Our rooms had private bathrooms. Good location- walk to beach, restaurants, market. WiFi access. I did not mind waking up to the rooster’s call.

We rented 2 rooms and one of the rooms was missing the A/C remote. However, we were able to use the remote from the other room. They are not not up and running 100% so they didn’t have a common eating or kitchen area and no refrigerator.

The location is good, really close to the beach and good to visit other beaches. Shared bathrooms were clean.

The staff wasn't helpful at all. They weren't able to provide us information about local transportation, tours, etc. or they provided us wrong information. The room was really small.

Dorms were pretty tiny (however OK for the price) and WiFi wasn’t working in rooms

The food was alright.

The bar/ restaurant staff were very rude! The a/c unit looked like it cought on fire once upon a time. I stayed in what would be considered Thier best accomodations, a single king room. And was probably the worst I have ever stayed in. The only good thing about the place was the hostel staff oh yeah and 135 dollars a night! Place is trash!

it was right off the boardwalk and an easy walk to the best beach plus groceries and restraunts. staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve traveled to a dozen hostels and it’s easily my favorite.

location is great and good value. hostel is part of crazy jack’s bar, convenience for breakfast and couple drinks at night, hostel room was built by ocean containers, it is very creative but room was quite small, we only stay for one night and that is ok.

Nice location, good price

A middle aged woman was extremely rude and cranky. she yelled and pointed finger at us and we did not deserve that treatment. Such a shame because everyone else was nice. Lots of mosquitoes and rooster in the morning, but acceptable except for the attitude.
