⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolutely wonderful experience at Hotel Shila International, Kolkata. From the warm hospitality to the comfortable and well-maintained rooms, everything was truly impressive. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to help. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made my stay very comfortable and memorable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend Hotel Shila International to anyone visiting Kolkata, and I look forward to staying here again!

I liked the location as the hotel is very close to the airport and one can find restaurants and markets nearby

Washroom had cockroaches so I was expecting it to be more hygienic and clean.

The hotel is great the staff are amazing and friendly , beds comfortable

bathrooms could be cleaner , I had some flies in the bathroom and the toilet was a bit dirty, the ac was making noise , some tvs have youtube some don't

I like the behaviour of the staff. The room and the bathroom size were decent. Nooodles is good to order.

Ordered a double king bed; however, it was 2 single beds attached. The room mattress was not cleaned. The quality and cleanliness were really bad. The window glasses in the bathrooms are not good and is stuck.
