expensive to eat some take away food inside is not allowed you have to pay for that like 1500 and there is a noise all over the night

Room was clean.
The staff kept waking us up by banging on the door at 6 am because they couldn't figure out which room some other guests were in. Ruined our sleep.
There were also people screaming and running in the corridors at night and the staff did nothing to quell this.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Firstly, there was no kettle or water bottles provided in the room, which was a major inconvenience. The towels provided were also too small and inadequate. The television had no satellite channels and even the local antenna channels were not clear. To make matters worse, I was overcharged for no apparent reason. The bathroom was not up to standard and was lacking basic amenities. On top of everything, every time I turned on the lights in my room, the power would go out and I had to call reception multiple times to fix it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would not stay here again.

Staff very friendly
They don’t provide wifi but it’s mentioned in booking.com that free wifi is available. And hot water(bath) not available in the room. Water boiler was not in the room but hotel provided a kettle upon request.

Suitable for a short stay and the location is convenient. Staff welcoming was good.
Booked via booking.com for a discounted price. But they charged an additional amount saying that we exceeded 22hrs (but our stay was from 5pm to 12 noon).
When contacted the hotel on the previous day, they confirmed that there is a restaurant available on site. But on arrival, they said it has been closed on Saturdays.
There is an electric kettle mentioned in the room amenities but did not get.
Hot water was not working in the morning.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was simple but very adequate for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is near the Bellanvila park, a big plus for early morning exercise.
I had to switch rooms because of a plumbing problem. But that first room was a bit more comfortable. Some guests were pretty noisy in the middle of the night, but that wasn’t common.

room was ok 👍🏾 7 it’s ok for it
but there is no hot water for taking shower , and in morning or night when you are sleep , a few young staff on hallways playing music and working like cleaning and talking loud like it’s street, it’s a hotel 😐 you have to be quiet 🤫 and work maybe people are sleeping or resting,

Bedsheets are not cleaned and there were ants on the bed. Mold on the walls of the room.bad smell coming from the room.service also very poor 👎🏻
