The gym had a fault issue and I was unable to use it as it was closed.

The environment
They lied about the breakfast. There was absolutely none during my stay there. Also the shower wasn't working which was absurd.
There was no towel also had to request twice before they brought it.

Welcoming staff. Debbie at reception was very kind. Nice complementary breakfast but very limited choice
The bathroom could be cleaner and the TV have a clearer view

The breakfast lovely. The staff very welcoming and efficient. Neatly cleaned. Location good. Security nice. I really appreciate everyone there
The room was very tight. No hot water in the room. The intercom was not working. Need more ventilation
