Staff of the Hotel were very nice and helpful they made us feel one of them.
Linens, this one is the BIG one that hotel must look into, the first impression as you enter the hotels it is of a 4 star, But once you get to the rooms, all linens and pillows were very old. the Hotel must invest some funds to upgrade the quality to match the impression you first see in the lobby area

Well situated.
A little cleaning works is needed , especially inside room.

The children liked the ball pool and the aquariums very much. The daily welcome drink and snacks, and the free ice cream was awesome.
The breakfast was delicious and good value
Our rooms were in the basement and did not have any view outside to the city. A small group of Muslims in front of the hotel sang its prayers at 4:00am and we were woken up every day.
The rooms weren’t very clean. Beds were clean but everything else was not.
