Sultan is the proof that even with language bareer (no english) you can be very helpful and supportive. The staff helped me in many ways going well beyond their duties to find solutions. Plus, the place is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended

It was close to the airport and the rooms were spacious and they were friendly enough to booked a cab for us to the airport
The counter did not accept Card or USD or anything besides SOM. There wasn’t an exchange place close by, so we had to go far in the city to exchange. My friend’s room had a lot of bugs on the carpet. Toiletries were not provided in my room, I asked for it the day we checked in, didn’t get. Asked for it next day morning on the phone, didn’t get. Finally went to the reception and got it
