Only issue I faced is electricity which went twice and lake front cafe which opens 230

Location and overall ambience is very good.

It was very quiet and peaceful. Cottages were quite nice as well

The city's concept is nice but not well maintained. It has everything to spend good time - nature, lake, wave pool, games, swings, gardens and good food.
We chose the Aussie Suite (premium category). Check in process was chaotic and time consuming. Then as we reached the room realised the jacuzzi was not clean, the balcony furniture was extremely dirty as if not cleaned since months, old tea bags almost looked like left over. Ordered tea and snacks - they came after an hour.
The room didn't look as good as shown in the pictures.
Experience of holiday was missing. Felt like a lot of effort in everything.
