This was a great vacation experience.The home is in a gated community. We arrived at this great location. It was very private, tranquiland secure. The home has everything you need. My favorite was the screened shaded patio room that was well furnished. The home’s rooms were all very nice. The home is surrounded by trees, bushes and plants which gives it plenty of shade. The area has miles of walking/bike paths. The beach is less than a five minute walk. The beach is beautiful and clean. There is a private community pool that was well maintained. The home is raised so we parked our rental van underneath which kept it cool.the home has an outdoor bbq and a room that has beach chairs and 4 bikes. It wasn’t until the end of our stay that my wife and I explored the area on the bikes. I wish we would have done this earlier in our stay. There is a very nice shopping area about two miles away called Freshfield Village. There is a great market, restaurants and many shops. We visited Freshfields village several times. The communication with the owner was outstanding. She was very accommodating to our requests . This home and surrounding private area is a true gem. Staying at this home allowed us into the other gated area of golf courses and the sanctuary hotel. We went into Charleston almost daily to see the sites, visited a plantation and cypress garden. We even went on a fossil dig. After leaving those busy and congested areas, it was very nice returning to this great vacation home.

Sun fun cottage is a wonderful place for relaxing and soaking up the beauty of God’s beautiful creation! The beach is amazing! The wildlife is stunning!My handicapped son loves it there!

Our family has stayed here several times and it is always a great experience. The house has everything we need and the bikes are a big plus. We will definitely return!
