Staff members were very friendly, the receptionist went above & beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The food was excellent, a serene location & clean rooms. Will definetly be back.

The place is good and quiet the kitchen staff were pleasant patient and responsive it is a nice and quiet property, nice pool and food was good.

While we enjoyed the property's location and potential, we were disappointed by the overall standard of management and upkeep. The property appears to have suffered from a lack of consistent maintenance, which affected the overall guest experience. The reception team was courteous but the service was noticeably slow, particularly during check-in and when responding to requests. The guest rooms would also benefit from refurbishment, including repainting, updated lighting, and replacement of worn curtains. Although the towels appeared clean, they had a noticeable musty smell, and the overall housekeeping standards could be improved. Overall, the property has great potential but would benefit from stronger day-to-day management, improved maintenance, and a renewed focus on guest experience to restore the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere it is capable of offering.
