For breakfast over all yummy and have croissant bread delicious. Clean and comfort to stay. Hotel position is very strategis and near from UGM, central shopping Gardena and Galleria Mall. The line of streat a lot of street food and cafe like gudeg Yu djum, Sagan et al.

I expected the level of service and experience considering the rate. So dont even think to have even a decent service.
If you are looking for a place to sleep only for exploring jogja, the place is suitable for the purpose. Cleanliness was at average, bathroom cleanliness is acceptable (somehow). We made a good decision not to include breakfast in our rate, we found a local street food breakfast which what we were looking for. Location wise the hotel was ok considering jogja is not that big (some popular local cuisine is exactly on the same street). Parking space was ok, at least when we were there. 2 Water dispenser stations are on each floor, it's very helpful and reduce the plastic waste
The best thing about the hotel was they made some agreement with a local laundry vendor at reasonable price even for the express service. For me the service from the laundry guy is even better than the receptionist, maybe they should hire him to be a permanent receptionist

I like the location. Near to some restaurants and convenience store ( Indomaret), Close to my daughter's dorm :). The staffs are helpful and friendly. The variety of TV channel is good.
Wifi is the worst :( , Although I didn't travel for work but still I need to get some work done and the wifi is soooo unreliable. Breakfast menu could be improved.

Walking distance to Galeria Mall and local eateries, spacious bed, practical bedroom, free refillable water, empty water jug available, friendly and helpful staffs, various buffet breakfast, provide 4 pillows and 4 towels (2 big sized & 2 small sized), hot & cold water shower, cold air conditioned, bright in the day time.
Super low maintenance on air conditioned (dirty & thick dust), low maintenance on bathroom (orangey yellow slimey dirt on the corner of the floor & walls). Both unpleasant for eyes and bad for health (better clean it regularly rather than give a fragrance spray as the smell from dirty area keeps coming), lighting's too yellow in the night time + smell, hmmm...

Location is good, you can walk around the hotel to buy foods or go to the nearest mall. They also provide refill drinking water instead of water bottles.
I stayed during high season so price per night was definitely a little higher than usual. However, service was definitely upsetting. The staff who parked my car by valet forgot to lock my car so it stayed unlocked all night! Make up room was also awful as they needed us to request to make up the room to the staff in the front lobby (instead having any sign/label/anything in the room to make it easier). They did clean my room but they did not refill the soap and wash the dirty mugs. Breakfast was available but it wasn’t the best.

They really did good job during pandemic. With the price that is reasonable, I can get comfort room and hygienic facilities. Although I didn't get a pretty view, but everything is fantastic. Worth some tips.
