Waterfront 3 Bedroom Villa in Playa El Tunco
Questa villa sul lungomare di Playa El Tunco dispone di 3 splendide camere, 2 con cucina completa. Ogni camera dispone di bagno privato, aria condizionata, stereo con audio surround e biancheria da letto e biancheria di alta qualità. Nella zona del lungomare abbiamo una piscina a sfioro e un ampio ponte con amache e mobili da salotto. Tra le tre camere, ci sono un totale di 7 posti letto (4 letti full-size e 2 letti singoli e 1 matrimoniale), 3 bagni e 2 cucine. Per gruppi più grandi abbiamo letti extra che possono essere forniti.
Da questa villa, ascolterai le onde che si infrangono davanti al ponte sull'oceano e la nostra piscina a sfioro, e sono a pochi passi dalle onde. È anche a pochi passi dalla spiaggia o dalla strada principale per tutti i vivaci cibi e bevande disponibili a El Tunco! Uno degli aspetti migliori della proprietà Balancé è che siamo abbastanza vicini da raggiungere a piedi tutti i ristoranti e i bar della zona, ma abbastanza lontano che qualsiasi festa o musica ad alto volume proveniente dai bar non disturberanno MAI una notte di riposo perfetta. A differenza degli altri hotel della zona, dalla nostra proprietà si sente il suono delle onde che si infrangono durante la notte, non la musica ad alto volume dei bar !!
Ci vogliono circa 3-4 minuti a piedi da qualsiasi cosa in città. Puoi camminare attraverso la spiaggia o la strada principale, che è ben illuminata, sicura e sicura per camminare di notte.
Abbiamo internet wi-fi ad alta velocità in tutta la proprietà.
Un altro aspetto unico della nostra proprietà è lo studio di yoga di classe mondiale nei suoi locali. Abbiamo corsi disponibili a ottimi prezzi, inclusi drop-in, pass per 3 giorni e settimanali.

L'area coperta ha una piscina a sfioro e ulteriori aree relax tra cui un comodo divano e sedie, un tavolino da caffè e posti dove dondolare sulle amache e rilassarsi.

We can't wait to come back for another stay! The apartment is located right on the edge of the charming little town of El Tunco and less then a minute walk from the awesome surf wave La Bocana! There are also two other great waves to choose from minutes walking away. From the first communications with Adrian (owner) he was always very easy to deal with and accommodated any request we had. We stayed in each of the apartments and they were both very comfortable, clean and modern. You have all the furnishings you would find in a new apartment, tv, stereo & AC. Fully equipped kitchen if you want to cook or you can hire a private chef to come cook for you, he goes by the nickname "The Chef". Adrian can connect you with him and he cooks some really amazing meals! (Recommended). There are also tonnes of great restaurants minutes walk away and the welcome book has them all listed out. The beds are comfortable and the configurations work if you are some surf buddies, solo traveller or couple. Need surf lessons, ask Adrian to connect you with Bamba! He had my wife going from 1-2ft waves to carving 5-6ft waves in a week! He taught her how to read the ocean and position herself so she could pop right up and rip! The nicest guy in El Tunco! (Recommended). In need of a driver? that also takes surf photos...Adrian can connect you with that too, he goes by the nickname Gorilla and knows all the secret surf spots and will take great photos of you ripping, (Recommended). There is also a beautiful yoga studio on the property with daily classes. This was our first time to El Salvador and we both fell in love with it! The local people are so friendly and we didn't feel in danger once! Don't believe what the western media tells you about El Salvador! Like anywhere, be a smart traveller and you will have the time of your life her! Nothing but good vibes and endless waves!

It's a very good location - quiet and peaceful with lots of open space yet you can walk up the street a couple of hundred yards and you're in the middle of the happening scene. You can walk down the street or use the backyard as a way to the beach and either way end on the cute little main street. It never rained when i was there but if it had then the huge porch area would have been utilize for just more then an escape from the sun. bring movies or your netflix account. I never felt my safety was compromised. The place was clean. The caretaker was available and helped very quickly when I lost the key. All in all a great experience. You have to see the beach caves which are just ten minutes away and do the hike to the waterfall. If you can't surf yet - the instructors will have you going in no time.

My pal and I stayed here in the beginning of November 2015. The suite was as advertised, no surprises, very clean and modern. The suite is about a 2 minute walk to the surf and a 5 minute walk to the center of town. Being a few minutes away from the center of town turned out to be a really great idea, on the weekends the bars get pretty loud, however Balance suite was very quiet and peaceful. The owner Adrian was a great host, setting us up with an awesome surf guide, Pedro the savage! I didn't get a chance to do any Yoga but there was daily classes that looked well put on. All in all it was a really relaxing and safe experience, would recommend it to anybody.

I stayed in the Balance apartments for 8 days in December. Everything there was outstanding- from the cleanliness to the location to owner who went above and beyond to help me while I was in El Tunco. I spent time surfing and also went to the yoga studio on the property. The waves were great and I'd recommend this place to any group of people looking to take advantage of this great location as there's an awesome break a block away. Yoga classes were great and the teachers made sure to tailor the classes to the students present. The owner, Adrian, made sure to get me the exact board I was looking for, and took extra time out of his schedule to show me some of the nicer surf spots here.
