1)вид потрясающий (фото полностью соответствует реальности)- брали из-за него, ничуть не пожалели. 2)спасибо хозяину - Джон всегда был рядом, Ежедневно заботится о территории и быстро реагирует на нужды постояльцев. Помог с проблемами, возникшими с авто. 3)расположение близко до всех запланированных объектов (демре, мира, капуташ, патара) 4) сами апартаменты чудесные,просторные, полностью оборудованная кухня , посудомойка, стиральная машина, плита (без духовки), работа кондиционера без нареканий

один из бассейнов был загрязнён предыдущими жильцами, плавали в другом (но это претензия уже к жильцам, а не хозяину) Дамы и господа, соблюдайте правила , они едины во всем мире: перед входом в бассейн сполосните тело под душем!!! (благо он есть возле бассейна!), зачем все крема с себя любимых оставлять в бассейне ?! мелочи в с/у ( шум воды в унитазе -барахлил слив)

Beautiful views from an excellent location. Close enough to the old town, but far enough away to have a peaceful stay. Two amazing pools with a view. Everything we needed in the apartment

Это был незабываемый отдых! Нас встретил хозяин очень приветливый, и отзывчивый. С балкона открывается прекраснейший вид еще лучше чем на фото, номера как дома очень уютно и есть все необходимое.

La vue est exceptionnelle, la piscine est très agréable et la vue de la piscine est, elle aussi, incroyable. L’appartement possède tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour confortable. Le coin est calme et reposant mais pour l’animation, le centre ville n’est qu’à 10 min à pied (ca grimpe pour les piétons mais forcément une si belle vue, ça se mérite) Enfin, John, l’hôte, est adorable et très cool. Une belle adresse à Kas.

Great view, lovely swimming pool and nice atmosphere. Spacious apartment with equipment you need. House owner is very nice and friendly.

Because streets in Kas are steep prepare for a climb from the village to the appartement. However, this is also the reason for the great views.

Great location and beautiful vies including It’s a big walk up the hill, but can be done. John was really friendly and helpful.

The host is very nice and helpful. He speaks very good english. Stunning view from balocony, even better than the Holistic theater. Rooms are clean. Have hot water in the bathroom. Good bed and big sofa with television.
