The location was great a bit up the mountain, but view was worth it. Would definitely book again. Also a great place for a private event or multiple family getaway.

The air conditioning and the fridge were noisy. Difficult to sleep. The breakfast could be better.

The only good thing about Casa ChaChaCha was the staff that worked in the house, who tried to be nice and do their best to make our stay good.

Casa ChaChaCha was our worst and most expensive stay in Nicaragua. And we changed 3 different hotels. Both of the other 2 were nicer and cheaper and definitely a 10 for value for money. here is a breakdown of what was terrible: - Rooms: not as shown on the photos, much cheaper looking, not clean (bathroom had hairs, curtains were dirty, jacuzzi outside was dirty, the hamper also dirty, there was dust in the room). When I mentioned this at reservations - the lady said we should have complained immediately and that we might have done it. Does it really matter and do you really argue on this with your customer? I felt terrible of staying there and we definitely didn't make things dirty overnight. - The bug net was broken so bugs kept coming in - yes the view is nice, but not worth it. When we mentioned the price to locals, they were shocked i.e. we flet stupid - Breakfast - very basic, veggetables in the eggs were not cooked enough so I had stomach pain all the time. No milk alterntives (all other hotels had), Way to the hotel - super uphill, car takes you in unpaved, uphill dark area. No car is not an option Reservations - we had to leave 1 day earlier becuase of a medical emergency and asked politely to have our money back for 1 night and leave. They said they couldn't because of accounting rules and that they would loose money if they let us go. In the end, we just left the room sooner because they were so unflexible, and we had an emergency on top of the fact that we felt horrible staying in the room

the Location is tricky to get to, Taxis don’t want to drive there as,it’s very steep. it’s a 20minute Walk. wouldn’t recommend as a solo female traveller

Amazing views and common areas. Great for a group holiday if you booked all four rooms

The view is insane, the bed is the most comfortable thing we’ve ever slept on, and the location is close enough to town to walk.

the walk is definitely a hike though. takes maybe 10 minutes uphill but it is quite steep. neeed a swim once you get to the top!

This place is a jewel. It's not a classical hotel with the normal staff. It was clearly built originally as a private home, and that's what it feels like. The views are fantastic, it's quiet and peaceful but only 5 minutes from the beach and the restaurants and shops. Best place I've stayed at in a long time.

The view is spectacular and the staff is nice. We were able to do a late check out and the staff let us use the kitchen. I would recommend this place be listed as a whole, i.e. you rent the place entirely to yourself with friends and family. This place is great for sunbathing, having fun by the pool and cooking a nice dinner for friends and family while enjoying the view.

The property states that they are taking COVID precautions but the shared bathroom located in the second floor had used bar soap no liquid hand soap. The listing also stated there was toiletries and when we got to the rooms there was only bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner. No one knows how the oven works so we had to improvise using the barbecue as an oven. It was awkward to have other people staying at the same place that isn't from your same party.
