This is a great villa for a mixed family group, plenty of space, lovely outside areas. Pool is amazing and there are inflatables etc too. Ana and her husband are great hosts, quick to respond and very helpful, great information on area. We arrived at 11am and Ana kindly organised us a place to stay while we waited for the villa to be ready, really important as we had a 10 week old baby and 3 year old in our group. The villa is very well equipped, including parasols etc to take to beach. The drawback is location, while close to beach and a small beach bar quite a few of the other restaurants close to villa are shut and this leaves the area with very little atmosphere. Car hire would be essential although urbers are plentiful and quick to go to an area only 5 minutes away with various restaurants.

Ana and Antonio were responsive and kind hosts, always quick to address any issues that came up. The backyard was much larger than expected, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.Some reviews mentioned the rooms were small, but we didn’t feel that way at all—we weren’t on vacation to stay indoors, after all. The walk to the beach was simple and scenic, just 5–10 minutes, and the coastline was absolutely breathtaking.There were a few drawbacks worth noting. The bathrooms had a persistent odor during our stay. Ana and Antonio did their best to resolve it with air fresheners and drain covers, but unfortunately, the smell lingered. When using both showers at the same time, the water pressure and temperature would shift between bathrooms. While we were told of the problem when we arrived with 10 people and for the price we paid, this should not have been an issue. Additionally, the nearby hotel is now out of business, and most of the restaurants within walking distance were closed, which made dining options more limited than expected.That said, this is a lovely spot with gorgeous beaches nearby. With just a few updates, it could easily go from great to amazing.

We had a great week at this very comfortable and conveniently located villa.Booking and communication was easy with Ana; couple of little bars for a drink and a snack literally a few paces from the bottom of the drive; small but decent supermarket about 400mtrs away; hotel and the fantastic beach (with a small bar) 5 minutes walk away; Golf courses within easy reach - Pine Cliffs is 5 minutes by car and access to albufeira and villamoura by taxi for nights out and better restaurants.There were 12 of us at various times during the week and we made good use of the outdoor dining facilities, sun loungers and the pool!Great week, enjoyed by all and we will return in the future
