Summer Wind si trova direttamente di fronte alla spiaggia, con ampie viste e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Potrete godere della grande ponte di fronte alla spiaggia parzialmente coperto ideale per prendere il sole o rilassarsi all'ombra.
I punti di vista di fronte alla spiaggia continuano all'interno con la cucina, zona pranzo e soggiorno tutte con vista magnifica costa del Golfo. La zona giorno è uno spazio aperto con un soffitto a volta espansiva. Il soggiorno è dotato di una grande TV LCD.
Ci sono due master suite al piano superiore entrambe con vista sul Golfo limitate e letti queen size. Le altre due camere da letto sono giù per le scale e sono anche regine. Dormire 2 di più, i bambini, nella camera a castello giù per le scale. Ci sono tre bagni totale 2 nei master suite al piano di sopra e un bagno in comune al piano di sotto.
La casa ha accesso alla piscina sulla spiaggia della comunità che serve le quattro case sulla spiaggia che abbiamo in questa posizione: Wall Street, Wings of Eagles, Summer Wind e Summer del '42.
Gli ospiti di Harris Properties riceveranno fino a un buono di $ 100 per attività e attrazioni nella zona!
Amiamo le persone di tutte le età e vogliamo che tutti apprezzino le nostre case. Tuttavia, noi richiediamo che un adulto di 25 anni o più per prenotare la casa ed essere presenti a casa durante il vostro soggiorno. Non si affitta ai minori di 25 anni. Non abbiamo alcuna eccezione a questa politica.

We loved that the house was steps away from the beach and the pool was next to the house! Overall a pretty good house for family.

Harris mgrs were so helpful when the coffee pot quit. They were there with another within the hour, We had the pool and the beach pretty much to ourselves! Will def come again.

Pros:
*Location was amazing! Loved being just steps from the beach or pool and the beach really is deserted/ private. Perfect!
*Plenty of sleeping spaces! We had 12 ( mostly kids) but had more than enough room. Could have even fit 3-4 more.
*Loved the floor plan and layout of house. It really worked. Especially with 3 separate families there.
Cons:
*The flooring is coming up and was a tripping hazard. Several of us tripped over the floor boards peeling up. Got splinters, hurt toes, etc.
* the house shakes. It’s kind of alarming. When you are on the bathroom downstairs and someone is upstairs the whole bathroom shakes and the towels, bags swing on the hooks & at night you could feel it swaying when you are laying down in the beds.
* we had a mouse upstairs. Never saw it but every morning had mouse droppings in the bathroom.
* the sewer was leaking right in front of the stairs to go into the house. It was in the process of being worked on at the end of our stay, but made the parking difficult & the smell was not very pleasant.
* the beds are not comfortable. The adults really struggled to get a good nights rest. All are full/ queen or bunks
Overall it was a good stay. But you can definitely tell the house was not built by HGTV professionals. It was definitely amateurs building it. The one next door was torn down, I’m sure it was maybe a little worse than this one.
If the floor is replaced and the beds more comfy and they fix the swaying it would be perfect.
