Questa spaziosa camera da letto ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare in una casa. Con una vista mozzafiato questa casa è perfetta per voi, indipendentemente dalla vostra ragione per il viaggio. Quindi, se sei in viaggio per lavoro, tempo libero o hai solo bisogno di un posto dove stare durante la manutenzione e le riparazioni a casa, rimarrai più che impressionato e soddisfatto da questa unità durante il tuo soggiorno.
La zona giorno ha un nuovissimo divano che si trasforma in un letto queen size. I fogli materasso e cotone egiziano temporpedic fanno per la migliore notte di sonno che abbia mai avuto. La TV ha Netflix e il pacchetto di DirectTV premier film.
La cucina è stato recentemente ristrutturato e completamente attrezzata con tutte le vostre esigenze di cottura. Ha un nuovo forno a microonde, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e lavastoviglie.
La camera da letto è splendidamente decorata con tonnellate di luce e finestre. Il letto matrimoniale è così comodo che si può scegliere di soggiornare in tutto il giorno. C'è una t. v. che ha anche accesso a Netflix e Direct TV. Inoltre, il Wi-Fi è altrettanto veloce in camera da letto in quanto è in salotto!
C'è un barbecue situato nella zona dietro l'unità.

If you’re clicking around trying to decide where to stay, just do yourself the favor and book this place. You’ll be so happy you did. We lived in this EXACT apartment 15 years ago so coming back to stay was like coming home ... but with great updates. Everything was perfect - clean, well laid out, plenty of space, well stocked. Added bonuses that most other vacation rentals don’t have, A/C and cable tv - so great!! Walking distance to the beach and great food. Neighborhood is so cute and charming. Only thing to note, it is an apartment - noise happens - from both upstairs tenants - not a huge deal but noticeable. We will definitely be back!!

The neighborhood this rental is in, is amazing. The age demographic of the entire neighborhood did feel a bit older (like most residents in their 60s) but everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY. The apartment itself had a spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen is very dated with tile counter tops that were hard to keep clean. The bedroom is very small as the area between the wall and queen bed was super tight. The bathroom was small and not the cleanest. The bathroom door was very dusty and had pubes on it. GROSS!
The building manager wasn't the best person to work with. We did not have hand soap or dishwasher soap in the unit. When I contacted them, they swore that they had restocked it. They contacted a neighbor who dropped some off later that evening for us. The bigger issue was that while we were staying (DURING COVID TIMES), the building manager wanted to allow us to have an appraiser come and evaluate the house. When I explained that we were not comfortable having someone in the property while we were there, he said that it was the only time he could do it as he only came in from Catalina once a month. I reluctantly agreed after but did say that it needs to be quick and they needed to wear a mask. When he and the appaiser arrived the appraiser was quick and wearing a mask however the building manager WAS NOT WEARING A MASK. Also spent the whole time trying to talk to me face to face while my wife was on work video calls. Very rude.
So this is tough to say as we really liked the neighborhood we would not suggest staying here.
