Nice and cozy atmosphere, excellent room, staff were kind and helpful

A slight concern was the food at breakfast, it was so-so and certainly quality can be improved.

Pretty nice new hotel situated approximately 15 minutes walk away from Sozopol. Bamboo beach bar is 100m away and make sure to book a beach bar seat at least a week in advance of your arrival. Staff was nice, a bit confused at times as everyone was new at what they were doing. Hope they get paid well and are treated fairly and kindly, there were a few times where my friends and I noticed they may have had an unpleasant with the owners. Loved the tarot paintings on the wall and the overall interior design. Internet is top notch.

The restaurant could use a bit diversification, I had a Black Angus cheeseburger but the meat smelled a bit funky. Breakfast is good but not allowing people to drink personally purchased water next to the swimming pool is just wrong.

Everything was clean and new. The hotel location is beautiful and the private beach is making it even better. We will definitely come back again. I loved the atmosphere and the well spent time.

Lovely and excellent staff. From we arrived till we departed, the level of service was great. Whenever we needed anything the staff was very helpful and managed to fulfil all our needs and expectations. The rooms were awesome. Luckily we got upgraded and got the room with a divine view. Pool area, restaurant, and the beach nearby was amazing. The food was really good, and we got to taste a local/traditional breakfast. We will definitely come back very soon. Quite recommendable. The hotel is associated with a taxi driver, he is SO kind and very on point and on time. Very trustworthy. We enjoyed every drive with him.

Perfect service, food, location, atmosphere!

Not enough tables at the restaurant. We couldn’t find a table inside for more than 10 minutes. Went outside but it was really cold and there were bees everywhere. Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast. The shower. Water wouldn’t flow. If you shower for more than 2 minutes, you can easily flood the whole bathroom. The staff knew about the problem but couldn’t do anything to make our stay better
