The apartment is lovely and clean and has all the amenities you need, fridge, cooker, hair dryer, good shower very good air con and more. The owner greeted us and allowed us to check-in early and even reserved a parking space for us. The location is on a bit of a hill but is not too bad. It's about a 5 minute walk to the beach front and 10 to the old town. We had 2 apartments between 4 of us and not a single complaint from any of us. Would definitely recommend and would use again if I ever return to Budva.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment was spotless, spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered an incredible view over Budva. Everything was exactly as described, and every detail contributed to a comfortable and relaxing stay. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking, which made traveling by car completely stress-free. There is also a well-stocked convenience store right next to the property, owned by the same family, where you can find almost everything you might need at very reasonable prices. It was incredibly convenient and made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly sets this property apart is the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Communication was always quick and effortless, and they were happy to help with any question we had. We travel quite often, and it’s rare to meet hosts who make you feel so welcome. Their warmth and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Budva and would happily stay here again without a second thought.

Absolutely nothing. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Location is good.

The apartment was not very clean and was missing some basic things that you would expect in normal accommodation. There was no soap at the kitchen sink, no mop, no cleaning service during our 4-night stay, and only one roll of toilet paper was provided. There were also no curtains. I would not recommend the apartment with the park view. The staircase, which is used by many people, is right next to the apartment’s entrance door and windows. The windows are covered with a semi-transparent frosted film, but there are no curtains. The bottom part of the door has no film at all, so whenever someone walks past on the stairs, they can see directly into the apartment. I am attaching photos to show what I mean. The double rooms, however, seem to be okay. We saw one of them and it looked fine.
