Nampo Hound Hotel Premier

Room was a good size.

At check in, I was told that they only one room with balcony and I had booked two. They did give my daughter a suite room, but no balcony, so no view. They said it was an upgrade, but when I was booking this hotel if I selected two suite rooms it would have been £100 cheaper? I was also not told about the roof top bar area being closed, due to work being carried out. This was another reason I selected this hotel, so we could all sit upstairs and enjoy a few drinks together in the evening, a bit disappointed. If I had been notified about these things I would have booked another hotel

Location was great, and beds were comfortable.

Power is controlled by the one key you are given at check in, which also controls the AC, so anytime we left the room, it warned up very fast. All of the light switches were on one side of the bed, and not labeled for what they turned on. This included the bathroom, so late night bathroom breaks were tricky. Fridge was broken, and we tried to get the front desk to fix it twice, but while they did come look at it in on second day, they couldn’t fix it. Our elderly family members in another room had a very slippery shower floor, and had trouble with their balance on it.

Le nostre camere erano spaziose e al 13esimo piano con una bella vista La posizione non è male perché vicino ad alcuni punti da visitare (ma molto lontano da altri, questo è un problema di Busan non dell’hotel) Una receptionist gentilmente ci ha dato una seconda card per la stanza (normalmente ne danno solo una come già detto da altri viaggiatori) Il Wi-Fi ha funzionato sempre bene

Manca l’attenzione e la cura: pareti in parte rovinate, muffa tra le piastrelle, lavandino arrugginito e, in una delle due stanze, con rubinetto rotto. Abbiamo chiesto di sistemarlo ma nessuno ha fatto niente. Ovviamente non parlano inglese, ma questo è quasi normale. Fuori dall’hotel c’è pattumiera puzzolente quindi con 40 gradi non è proprio il massimo. Magari in inverno è meglio
