I booked this hotel for my son on his first visit to Egypt, and it was wonderful! The staff were kind, attentive, and welcoming. Special thanks to Madam Walaa for always checking on my son and reassuring me. Excellent cleanliness and safety. Thank you so much! ❤️

Location
Employees were trying to help however due to the lack of management it’s impossible to get the proper support from employees on duty
Major problems with rooms I changed into 4 different rooms most of the were not as desirable and some other had maintenance issues with Air conditioning not working
Some rooms aren’t updated as shown on picture
