Wonderful, huge apartment in the heart of historic Pamplona, 2 blocks from the Cathedral and close to everything. The living room is enormous and great to hang out in and relax. Large bathroom with a double vanity. Lots of closet storage space in the bedroom. Full kitchen with washing machine to do laundry (though no dryer, so clothes must air dry). Nice fan in bedroom for air circulation, and you can open windows at night on both sides of the apartment to get a wonderful cross breeze through the property.

Check in was confusing, complicated and frustrating. Felt like I was dealing with a bot to get questions answered as it kept sending me the same video over and over again with instructions. But the problem is that it's in Spanish (I speak very good Spanish, btw) and yet goes too fast to understand and / or read the copy. It took me a full 45 minutes to get in. Once I got in, though, everything was great. Another downside is if you're a pilgrim on the Camino and using a luggage transfer service, there's no one to receive your bag, and you have to go to a hotel property about 10 minutes away on foot to retrieve and drop off.

We liked location of the property - city center is a step away.

Location was fantastic. Sun set views from the kitchen window were amazing.

The cold function on the air conditioning machine was not working which meant the apartment was very hot and stuffy.

The location was superb, right off Main Street. The lift was a godsend with our luggage. Lovely bed linen and towels. Spacious.

Getting into the place was a nightmare, as it had been unclear that I needed to register each guest before being given the codes, which took over an hour to do, luckily there was a lovely bar opposite with WiFi and the waiter Janette was lovely. We also had to pay the balance again even though I had paid and had confirmation of payment from Booking.com
