Great location near the water, and mostly quiet. (There is a church nearby, but the bells don't ring between 11 PM and 7 AM). Mercedes is a great host, very friendly and communicative. Although small, the studio is surprisingly functional with ample storage space and everything you need. Other than the location, the other highlight is the HUGE terrace with sofa, table, and cushions.
A bit more indoor space would have been welcome, but the small size is reflected in the price.
