Amazing location great staff!
There is no parking so you will have to negotiate luggage on the ski tube

Was lovely after it snowed & was able to ski to the snow field.
Kids loved the games room with the fireplace.

Drying room didn't seem to dry things very well however this is a minor issue and everything else was great!

Stayed Sep 19 to 23 - Tim really made extra effort to assist with booking and accommodating our family, went above and beyond, to get us into adjoining rooms. Jackie was super friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The team we're all super helpful, friendly and attentive. Facilities were great, the rooms were a generous size and warm. Beds were super comfy. Food was great and location to the Perisher Quad was a short walk. The guest lounge room with fire place, pool tables, etc was very comfortable.
Definitely one of our more enjoyable Australian ski trips, largely in part, due to the great experience we had at the Matterhorn. Thank you guys!
