We liked the location in the center but you still had your peace. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Room was modern and clean, you have all necessary equipment.
All together we were very satisfied with the accomodation.

Very nice place with perfect location, near the local beach, restaurants, markets and beautiful sea view in the morning. Roula is very kind and lovely lady.

Very happy with my stay. Roula was a lovely lady. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend staying there to anyone. Close to shops and beach. Plenty of lovely shopping too.

Everything was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean, the cleaning lady passed by the rooms everyday, the trash was thrown out everyday. In the center, top location. The host was very nice and polite. The beach is close - like your doing your morning walk.

House Roula is a nice place and clean. It is in the city center also nearby beautiful beach. The host is very friendly and positive with kids as well. We would definitely visit again :)

Cosy and peacefull, yet near to the main street of the town, if you wish to take a walk in the evening when the place is showing its vibe.
The owners were very warm and welcoming, and helpfull every time we were asking for any favor or information for the local sites in the area.
Lots of space on the nearby beach, with bars, and enough room to bring you own seats and umbrella.

Roula was very kind, we came at 11 PM and she was waiting for us.
Also when we wrote message they responded very quickly.

The location is very good and there are about 3 parking spaces that the host can keep it reserved when going out for the beach. The room is adequate and has a good sized shower, functional lights and kitchenette.
The air conditioning is close to non-existant. Even set to the lowest temperature, the unit in the main room gives only a mild breeze, and the one in the second bedroom does not cool at all, just moves the air.
The WiFi is horrendous, frequently disconnects or is connected but without IP address. It also does not help that there is close to no signal for Vodafone inside, leaving me very frustrated when attempting to find resources online.

The property is very clean, the staff is very polite, nice and friendly, asking all the time if you need anything and if everything is ok.
It is located close to the sea and close to the center of Neos Marmaras.
We enjoyed very much this property and we definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Neos Marmaras.

- location is good, but is close to a church and every morning at 8 am church bells makes a lot of noise

- you can hear everything from other rooms
- only 2 parking spots near the property, public parking available 200 meters away
