We had an absolutely faultless stay at Karen's villa as a family holiday of 10. Karen is a great host and gets back to you quickly on any questions you have and was very helpful. Everything is clean and theres everything inside that you might possibly need. We lived outside around the pool area, kids loved the pool and pool table and when they'd had enough sun the wifi was spot on to keep them entertained. Air con was a saviour on the hot nights. I'd recommend keeping doors closed during the day because we got hammered by mosquitos while sleeping at night but thats our own fault. Quick 15/20 min stroll down to the front was perfect for us. 10/10 from us and would definitely return.

Great Villa with plenty of room for everyone. We had two wheelchair bound guests and the Villa was ideal for them. Lovely pool and correspondence with Karen was excellent from first contact. Just sorry our stay has come to an end. Will definitely consider booking with Karen in future. A great holiday from start to finish!

Amazing villa, especially for the price. We had 12 people staying and the villa was comfortable and big enough for us all. The villa is clean and well looked after, inside and out. Karen the host was easy to reach and very helpful. There was a slight issue with check in details, but it wasn't Karen's fault, more the Vrbo app not working correctly and Karen was very quick at responding and very helpful.Pool was great, especially with the fake grass, so it wasn't slippery for the kids. Outside seating great and plenty of it. BBQ area great. Inside beds are okay, kitchen great and rest of facilities are all fine and clean. Location is good, can walk to most things in about 20 mins, but we had cars, so made it easier and quicker, especially with the kids.

We booked this villa requiring, as advertised and confirmed, a 4 bedroom villa for my adult family.
However, we were so surprised to find the master/ fourth bedroom and ensuite bathroom locked. We found it so difficult to get a reply from Karen, the host, and had to get Vrbo to do so. When we finally spoke to her, already over an hour after check in, she said that because we were a party of 6 we were only entitled to 3 bedrooms and would require a further payment for the fourth bedroom. She tried to claim that this was in the listing/contract!!!!This is completely incorrect and thankfully Vrbo backed this up and spoke to her directly. She was unable to see this complaint from our point of view as a family on holiday and was rude and aggressive. Because of her obstinance and greed, one of our party had to sleep on the sofa for the first night until the fourth, master bedroom was then opened. This is completely unacceptable and ruined our arrival. Vrbo offered to re-accommodate us but we decided to stay rather than ruin more of our holiday. It's such a shame about the hosting because the villa, a little tired in places, was what we needed and once the property booked was made available was a good size.
