Exceptionally clean. Lovely hosts and an excellent breakfast. Thoroughly recommend. We'll be staying here again next time we visit Texel.

Very cozy and nice accommodation with a lot of details in the interior design and all necessary equipment in the kitchen. The location is just perfect, you cross the street and you are in the dunes.

But the place is quiet and comfortable. Perfect to rest. Its located in a residential area away from busy streets and noise and yet only a few minutes walk from the town businesses and beach front.

We went in February and everything was closed due to covid. I would have like to have a small kitchenette to warm food and cook simple things. Breakfast was good but a little pricey. I prefer to make my own coffee and sandwiches. Or fried eggs /omelet.

Very friendly staff and a big extended breakfast that you can add to your stay. The room is very cost and clean with a nice terrace. Within 7min walking you are at the beach.

Just a minor detail - From the reviews and the booking page it was not completely clear to us if there was a kitchen or not. In the room duin there is no kitchen in the room zee there is one. But we managed quite fine with the breakfast and some take away food.
