All the staff were very welcoming and really helpful.
We arrived earlier than expected but this was no problem at all.
We had two excellent evening meals that were also great value. Genuine fresh home cooked to a high standard.
Friendly bar used by locals, always a recommendation, with good beer.
Everyone had a ready smile, what a really nice place to stay.
The car park is small but we had no issues. No breakfast available but plenty of great nearby options, so again not really a problem.

The location. How spacious the room was and bathroom. The friendliness of staff and locals.
If we had to pick on anything, it would be to the lights in the bathroom in RM1, you have to pull the cord about 3 or four times before the light stays on.

The room was very spacious with quality furniture. The bar downstairs was lovely, great cocktails and restaurant felt elegant and atmospheric. Food really tasty.
Wish there was a lamp on the dressing table but apart from that no quibbles.
