Very convenient from St Jean. Rooms were very clean and the Innkeeper/owner exceptionally kind and welcoming. When I left an article behind, they were also very good about finding it and sending it to me.
Could have used soap in the rooms.

The view. It all starts with the incredible view from every direction.
Sonia was great, kindly allowed early check in, there was laundry service, the room was perfect and again the view from the bed or the balcony.
Hearty dinner, breakfast didn't quite match this.
Starting here takes the edge off the hike to Roncesvalles.
Thanks Sonia.
Nothing.

It was the first albergue I stayed on the Camino Frances. Well located on the camino. Incredible views!
The old woman who checked us in wasn’t too happy that we did not speak French. She was mumbling something and we could pick up some words to that effect. I thought it was just us, but the succeding pilgrims who came after us also felt the same. We were glad to have left the next day.
