La casa entra nell'accogliente salotto e scala ai piani superiori. Attraverso il salotto, è una sala che conduce ad una piccola camera da letto matrimoniale con porte francesi sul giardino privato. C'è anche un guardaroba con WC e una cucina nuova ben attrezzata con tavolo da pranzo e posti a sedere per 5 persone. L'accesso al giardino sul retro è anche ottenuto dalla cucina.
Al piano superiore al primo piano, abbiamo la camera matrimoniale che ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Anche su questo piano c'è un ampio bagno con doccia separata e un comodo salotto con vista sul barcaio e sul vela, sul mare e oltre. Dal salotto sono le scale fino alla terza camera da letto al piano superiore. Ancora una volta, questa camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo. Le finestre sul davanti e sul retro rendono questa stanza bella e luminosa e, naturalmente, ha una splendida vista sul mare.

This property was in a great location and well situated near a busy street with restaurants and shops, but far enough away that it was quiet during the day and night. It was very spacious and had a cute courtyard in the back, but there weren’t enough clips to hang dry our clothes on the line. The other issues we had were that we only received one bath and hand towel each, one small toilet paper roll per bathroom, one small hand gel per bathroom, no shelves or hanging trays for soap in showers, and there was a safety issue when locking the door from the outside. One of the guests in the home was locked in and had no way to get out and maintenance was not able to come out since it was the weekend. This could be a potential fire hazard. We enjoyed our stay, but thought the VRBO could use improvement in these areas mentioned above.

Positives:
-House light and surprisingly large.
-Kitchen well equipped
-Beds comfortable, clean white linen and towels much appreciated,
-Lovely sea views from back of house.
-Car Park very close was really helpful as had thought we would have to park on the street.
-Easy walk into town
-when I asked about an ironing board one was delivered within 30 minutes - very impressed
My negatives:
-St Mary Road is noisy in large part because the speed limit of 30mph is frequently exceeded.
-Given the heat last week it meant we couldn’t have had the windows of the 2 road facing bedrooms open at night.
-The quality of the duvet and mattress cover of the top floor bedroom were much inferior to those of the first floor bedrooms.
-The first floor bathroom lock was not working when we arrived and I informed Kingsask the following morning (Wednesday 26). It didn’t bother us but others might mind.
