What a wonderful modern cottage with every convenience and appliance you could want. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The home was the most beautifully decorated space for us to use for our wedding weekend. Will look amazing in pictures. Ashley and Ashleigh were so accomodating letting us check in early and use the space with our suppliers. Was perfect location to the italian villa and plenty of space for me and my bridesmaids. Couldnt fault it.

The cottage is modern, exceptionally well appointed and maintained. We were all very comfortable and slept well. A quiet, private situation.
Unlike many places in the area - access to the beach was an easy walk - only slightly hilly. I appreciated this very much as, due to health problems, hill walking is not my forte. The location overall is superb.
We had a great holiday: 5* all round.

The property is as described, very well appointed inside and out and well maintained. It is situated in a lovely neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees.
This venue was booked for a family get together, but I'd happily stay here again as a couple or with friends.
Whilst this was a fairly low-key break and mostly about just spending quality time together as a family, we did have some very minor queries and the hosts Ash and Ashleigh were very accessible and quick to help with these.

Property was excellent. Everything was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. There was lots of room for the whole family and the seating outside was wonderful.

A very nice property in an excellent and quiet location between Bournemouth and Poole. Parking for two cars was a real benefit for two adult couples and the two bathrooms ( one en- suite and one next to the second, smaller bedroom)were a real bonus. The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with plenty of space for four adults ( two couples) to share comfortably. We found the beds very comfortable. The outdoor space was well equipped with garden furniture and great to have as we were able have breakfast outside on the patio. It was an easy walk downbank to the beach through a very nice area. Ashley was an excellent host and was helpful but never intrusive. We all said how much we had enjoyed our stay.

The house has a great open plan layout with plenty of light and was very well presented and clean. The beds are very comfortable. There is a south facing garden area with outdoor seating and a table.
The location is good for the beach and the promenade.

We had a lovely long weekend at this beautiful property, set in a stunning location in Bournemouth.
The property was even nicer than in the photos, the finish was of the highest of standards, and with a lovely outdoor space too.
Ashley and Ashleigh were very responsive on the build up to our trip, and gave us a warm welcome on arrival.
The property is just a few minutes drive from the gorgeous sandy beaches of Bournemouth, it was like being in California, as well as being close by to Sandy Balls and the amazing Durdle Door, if you are feeling adventurous.
We would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a break on the south coast, and we hope to visit again in the future.

Really lovely relaxing place to stay and beautifully appointed property.
My only concern was the steep steps leading to the cottage for the older generations, which could be remedied by discreet handrails, to compliment the excellent property build quality.

The Cottage was lovely and equipped with all you would need
Spotlessly clean and really nicely positioned for everything BUT
NOT SUITABLE for people with a disability as steps down to the Cottage are very deep with no handrail to assist you.This does only seem to be mentioned in one review not in description of cottage.

We had a marvellous stay with my son, the house is somewhat magical, we loved the little attention left for us such as croissant and candies. The location is quiet and sunny, the huge windows are amazing for that.
Very close to the beach we walked there every times.

A great property for a self catering stay.
The property was fitted and decorated to a high standard with everything you could possibly want. Everything was spotlessly clean and Covid safety was well covered. It was located in a quiet area but close to all amenities. Pubs restaurants, shops and beaches were a very short drive away or a 15-20 minute walk. Overall it is very hard to find any fault and I would highly recommend staying here.

Anyone thinking of booking this property will not be disappointed, We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August and fell in love with the place. The open plan living area is stunning and the bedrooms are comfortable with a luxurious feel. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need and the complementary croissants were a lovely welcome. Although the property is in a residential area it’s well located for everything you need, Tesco is a quick drive away & so it Bournemouth & sandbanks. The beach is about a 15 min walk but we tended to drive and park in an adjacent street. I would rate this property 10/10 & can honestly say this is one of the nicest properties we have ever stayed in (and we go away about 3/4 times a year) so we will definitely book again! 😀

Lovely peaceful stay
We enjoyed 10 days at this lovely peaceful cottage. Immaculately clean. Everything had been thought of. 15 mins walk to the beach through Branksome chine. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Very modern and very comfortable house.
We both enjoyed the lovely large space of the house. The outside was spacious and well designed. Everything you need.
The bedroom is lovely and the bed was so comfortable, I suffer from back problems, but the bed was just right. We got around to lots of places to visit nearby too. All in all a really enjoyable week.
Ashley the owner came out to greet us and show us around and was very pleasant too.

2nd stay at the garden cottage and it was as good as the first, cleanliness and the property itself was brilliant, short walk to the beach in the evening was great for us, will love to go back next year, so much more comfortable than a hotel or caravan. Thank you

Beautiful house in lovely sylvan setting
We have had a wonderful week in Poole with our grandchildren. The house was perfect for the four of us and accommodated our son and daughter in law too the first weekend. We know the area well having lived there for many years. The house is handy for visits to the beaches, Brownsea Island, the New Forest and walking in the Purbecks.
What a lovely stylish property. So light and airy! It is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.
We all agree we couldn’t have found a nicer place to stay.

Lovely modern property in quite location.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Garden Cottage.
Ashley was always very promp to answer any emails and greeted us at the property, providing any other bits of local information he thought we might need.
The property is located in a quite residential cul-de-sac and you can walk to the beach in approximately 10 minutes.
The property was perfect for our requirements - we enjoyed the large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, with large windows and patio doors leading straight onto a delightful paved garden area, with seating/table and surrounded by trees - this is a great property to relax in and enjoy with friends.
The property is tastefully decorated and extremely clean and we found the beds to be comfortable.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Garden Cottage as a wonderful holiday retreat.

Amazing stay at the stunning garden cottage for our wedding weekend.
The garden cottage was ideal for our morning wedding prep, it was homely, immaculate, modern with character, spacious and set within beautiful surroundings. Our wedding party & suppliers commented on how stunning the cottage was and how perfect it was for morning wedding prep.
The cottage also allowed for a peaceful and relaxing stay prior to and post wedding.
It really was perfect for us.
Ashley & Ashleigh are lovely people and were amazing hosts. Communication was excellent and they were very accommodating prior to and during our stay at the cottage. Nothing was too much trouble, we had quite a few people coming and going the morning of the wedding and they were understanding of this.
We can’t thank Ashley & Ashleigh enough for a wonderful stay at the garden cottage. The cottage played a vital part in our wedding weekend, we made lovely memories there that will last a life time :)
