Siamo orgogliosi di offrire questa spaziosa villa con 3 camere da letto in posizione ideale e piscina privata.
Villa Irina è perfettamente situata nell'esclusivo sviluppo di Blue Water Bay a Kapparis, una zona costiera molto popolare di Protaras, con tutti i servizi e le spiagge a pochi minuti di distanza, inclusi ristoranti, bar, caffetterie e negozi di ogni genere.
La villa stessa ha vista sul mare e 2 delle camere da letto. La villa si trova su un terreno d'angolo che aggiunge privacy alla villa ed è a soli 100 metri a piedi dalla spiaggia ea meno di 100 metri da una vasta gamma di ristoranti, negozi e strutture locali.
La villa offre arredi di qualità, cucina completamente integrata con lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè e altro ancora. La zona giorno è dotata di una grande TV a schermo piatto e TV Box satellitare con accesso a oltre 1000 canali internazionali. È disponibile anche l'accesso a Internet Wi-Fi. Anche la zona giorno e la cucina hanno vista sulla piscina.
L'area della piscina è privata e gode di ampio spazio all'aperto per pranzare e prendere il sole. Con diverse sedie a sdraio, salotto all'aperto, zona pranzo e barbecue in muratura.
Al piano superiore offre 3 comode camere da letto. La camera da letto principale offre un ampio letto matrimoniale, tende oscuranti, aria condizionata, comodini / con lampade, buon spazio guardaroba e accesso alla terrazza solarium privata.

Overall we were happy with the star at Villa Irini. Just a couple of issues. The pictures on the website are out of date and could do with updating. The villa is definitely showing signs of wear and tear which would have nice to know about.
Communication was very good except for one day when there was no water. I contacted the company and they informed me that the whole area had no water. It would have been nice if they had let us know first. Also a few basic instructions about where to dispose of rubbish would have been helpful.
The villa was in a good area, close to beaches and restaurants

The booking process was simple and communications with the property manager were excellent. The property was clean and tidy.

We did see several cockroaches inside and on the terrace, would be good to get rid of them…

There was a stale water smell in the area of the upstairs washing machine, laminate had come off the Kitchen units.
Air conditioning didn’t work until we fitted new batteries in the remote.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Property needed some attention to make it brilliant as the location was great

We stayed for a week in October 2022. The Villa had everything we needed and was in a good location for the beach and local restaurants. It was also in a quiet location too which was important as we had a small child with an early bed time with us.
What mad ethe stay fantastic was the responsiveness of the operations and customer services teams. Whenever we had a question, they came back to us quickly with an answer and or a resolution e.g. we needed an extra drying rack as had a lot of laundry. It was with us the same day.
I would definitely recommend this property.
