Amazing quiet location in the middle of the countryside. Lovely little cottage with a pretty view across the field next door. Very friendly and helpful owners. The weather was perfect to have breakfast and dinner underneath the beech tree in front of the house. We had marvellous fluffy towels, a corner to store our suitcase in the bedroom without tripping over it.
It would have been somewhat inconvenient if we would have had to spend mealtimes indoors as there was no real table. I imagine it could be tough with young kids during bad weather due to the restricted space, so consider your family dynamics upfront :-)

Pleasant rooms needing some updating.
Kitchen well equipped.
Quiet location.
The bedroom rug was filthy and badly stained. This needs replacing asap.
The lighting was poor with only 1 bulb working out of 3 on the lights in the kitchen/Lounge.
Car parking was not easy shuffling around 4 cars, a van, a caravan and a temporary garage in a small drive space.
Mould on the bathroom floor joints. Tile missing from behind the toilet.
Breakfast window bar not really adequate for the room.
The only contact we had from the host was a request to move our van on the crowded drive.
£750 for 3 nights even at the Goodwood Revival weekend was not value for money.
