Grazioso appartamento situato al terzo piano in una delle più belle strade del centro di Porto, vicino ai migliori ristoranti, bar e negozi di design.
Dispone di due camere, una con letto matrimoniale e l'altra con due letti singoli, bagno, cucina e soggiorno.
Dispone di TV e WI-FI. Tutti gli scomparti sono dotate di aria condizionata.
La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare. L'intero appartamento è estremamente confortevole e hanno le attrezzature necessarie per fornire un ottimo soggiorno.
Ha autobus, treni della metropolitana ea 5 minuti a piedi e un parcheggio a 100 metri di distanza.

Very spacious apartment in a great location. It had everything we needed. We were aware that there would be a bit of noise from the bars late at night and it didn't bother us. Friendly and accommodating hosts.

Afonso's welcome was great and their flexibility around check-in/out times is welcome.The apartment is well divided, with the kitchen and living area in the front part and the two bedrooms and bathroom at the back. The kitchen is minuscule. While we would have liked to cook, we didn't both due to its size and the fact that we were visited by two small cockroaches during our stay. Afonso told us this was the first time it happened...The beds were very comfortable, as were the living area and the bathroom.The sound from the neighbourhood bars continues into the wee hours of the night. Luckily, since it was December, we didn't have to open windows which helped a little bit, though the vibration could still be felt.The parking garage (no longer included in the rental) is truly 1 minute away on foot and the area itself is lovely and lively.Be aware that there is one short flight of stairs up to the lift which then takes you to the third floor.

We stayed here back in March and enjoyed our hosts and the apartment so much that when the opportunity arose to return to Porto in October, we rushed to book this place. The experience was just as good as before and we cannot recommend this place enough. The kitchen is small but well-stocked for basic things like coffee, tea, and breakfast, and with the number of bars and restaurants practically right outside the door, this isn't the place to be cooking gourmet meals.
We took advantage of several of Alice's suggestions, including the "best ice cream in the world" (true!) and a day trip to the Douro Valley. Porto was in the middle of an unseasonable heat wave while we were there, and the air conditioning was greatly appreciated.
If you want to stay near the action of the city, but not worry about noise, enjoy a modern, comfortable apartment that still has Portuguese charm, and interact with marvelous hosts, book this apartment!
