Delaware Valley River. Solo 2 ore da Manhattan annidati tra le Catskills e Pocono, questo spettacolare casa si trova su un privato e recintato 154 acri 'uno di un genere' parco come impostazione e ha un miglio privato di Delaware River lungomare.
Questa struttura mozzafiato è ideale per riunioni di famiglia caratteristici memorabili, e attività come ritiri di pesca a mosca.
Se si riesce a tirare fuori, ci sono diverse città locali caratteristici (Callicoon, Narrowsburg e Jeffersonville, NY) o (Damasco e Tyler Hill, PA), a 10 minuti in auto per l'antiquariato, alimentari, mercati degli agricoltori, boutique, golf, tennis, canoa, kayak, sci, racchette da neve, slitta a cavallo, bowling, cinema, Fort Delaware, una cucina raffinata e The Bethel Woods Arts Center (sito Woodstock originale) con ben sanno spettacoli.
Le attività sono infinite! Trekking, mountain bike, equitazione, nuoto, campi da gioco, e vere e proprie zone di pesca a mosca (guide disponibili). La parte più difficile del vostro soggiorno lascerà paradiso.
Paradiso: immagina di essere circondato da un miglio di riva del fiume Delaware che ti avvolge su una superficie di 144 acri di panorami infiniti, campi di fieno aperti, sentieri boscosi da vagare e un miglio privato di lungomare per rilassarsi e giocare! Indimenticabile la fauna che vi circonda. Aquile volare sopra, cervi vagano i prati e si può anche vedere una renna ... abbiamo fatto!

Everything about this house is amazing. Our dogs enjoyed the many hikes around the property, along the river and just hours of ball throwing. The property owners were welcoming and answered every question. We will definitely be back.

When I tell you this place is amazing,that is a understatement. Our party included 3 couples, 4 kids and a toddler. Over the last 10years we rent on vrbo about 3 to 4 times a year. Winter is usually poconos and summers at various beaches. We decided this location due to the beauty of the outdoors and it exceeded our expectations. The house is SPOTLESS. Was by far the most equipped kitchen for large family dinner gatherings that we ever experienced, from appliances, utensils, hand towels, cutting boards to cookie sheets. We didn't need anything. All bedding and linens where the highest quality and every piece of furniture was perfect to gather and relax as a family. The fire place was amazing and used daily. Restrooms again spotless and well stocked. Game room was used daily and kitchen table was large enough for daily card and board games with everyone to be include. Now to the best part......waking up to the dozens of deer in the morning grazing the fields. We explored the grounds daily. Fished for hours, no luck but it was beautiful and relaxing. Tossed rocks in the Delaware to make the toddler giggle. Made walking sticks and found a salamander. Explored the towns 10min away and got lunch. Even the teens and tweens disconnected from electronics to explore and engage in wholesome family fun. Also we stayed new years eve and was supposed to check out the next morning at 10am, the owner texted me new years eve and let us know she no booking next day take our time!

We had a wonderful long weekend on this beautiful property.It was even nicer than it looks in the photos. Such a beautiful area, just a little difficult to get to. It was more remote than we expected and a bit challenging on the snowy roads, but made for a fun adventure. The owners were very accommodating and fixed the remote hot spot quickly when it stopped working. This was much needed considering we had no cell service in the area. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway in the mountains.
