Location, breakfast and room were great. The options in breakfast and dinner were very good. We had a great time at the property. Sorocco restaurant was good. We did not get time to experience the Joe's backyard (though the ambience looked awesome). It requires a prior reservation.

Although we booked our rooms well in advance (10 months back) still we were not given priority to provide king side bed (we had to get one room changed). Moreover, all 3 rooms were on different floors. We were travelling as a family and it was inconvenient to go to different floors.

accueil, amabilité du personnel, qualité des repas du petit déjeuner et du diner avec un remerciement particulier à Marat qui officiait lors de notre diner et qui a été extrêmement chaleureux , nous avons partagé un très bon moment a noter aussi,nous avions un vol très tôt et un petit déjeuner nous a été préparé à 4 heures du matin

The room was perfect, had great view. The staff were all very nice. A special mention to Damber from Housekeeping and Arjun trainee room service, who was very nice, kind and friendly. The location was perfect with mall access and taxi service. Hotel was always very clean.

Good property, good location some of the staffs in the restaurant were very friendly, helpful and polite ,in particular Donna was exceptional. Not impressed with the check in desk staffs - their attitude was very regimental and all very much by the book ‘ computer says no ‘ kind of approach. I appreciate it’s it is a busy season. One needs to be bit more flexible and friendly.

Hotellin sijainti oli meille hyvä koska sijaitsee ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä. Huoneet olivat oikein hyvät ja siistit. Mukavat sängyt. Hyvä aamiainen.

Meillä oli puolihoito mutta ruoka hyvin etnistä illallisella, joten lapsille ei ollut oikein vaihtoehtoja. Erikseen pyydettäessä tekivät ranskalaisia ja pizzaa lapsille. Kaksi ensimmäistä päivää kaikki sujui hyvin ja palvelu pelasi. Heti sen jälkeen kun siivoushenkilökunta oli pyytänyt jättämään googlearvioinnin, palvelu loppui. Huoneita ei siivottu ilman erillistä soittoa respaan.

Breakfast was good though serving same food stuffs

The room is cozy and comfortable for a couple. Their breakfast is amazing; many options were served and all are tasty. The location is really great and anything you need can be found at DFC Mall which is connected to the hotel through the lobby.

It was over crowded when we reached with 2 working at the front desk only. We had to wait for some time to get our room key. The waiting time to catch an elevator was a lot at most times. Also, the vallet parking service isn't that great.

كان حجزي جناح بغرفة نوم واحدة كان وضع الاريكة في غرفة المعيشة غير مناسب للحركة ابدا يفضل لو يتم نقله الى المنطقة بالقرب من النافذة ليكون مرونة بالحركة عند فتح الاريكة كسرير عدا ذلك لايوجد اي ملاحظات

Central to everything. The staff are super friendly and cannot do enough for you. I can work from the coffee shop in hr e lobby, there are power points and it is not too noisy.

1. دفع الماء في دورات المياة (ضعيف جداً) 2. ترتيب دورة المياة مما يترتب عليه خروج الماء من المسبح لكامل دورة المياة. 3. مشكلة أن اللفت لا يفتح لك إلا في الطابق الذي تحجز فيه وهذا سبب مشكلة لنا لاني حاجز في طابق وباقي العائلة في طابق أخر. 4. طلبت غرفتين متصلتين او في نفس الطابق ولم يتم تلبية طلبي للأسف ولكن لا مشكلة في ذلك
