Did not know you had to pay for safety box 3 euros per day
Did not know you had to pay 2:50 euros per day for tea making facilities. In room
Pay 10 euros for beach towel which was refundable + 1 euro to wash it
The breakfast was very good
Some of the staff were rude
cleaner very nice
Needs updating as other hotels are better not a 4 star should be 3 Star

sobre todo la atención y profesionalidad del personal en restaurante y servicios, limpieza de habitaciones y establecimiento, las nuevas instalaciones. y la ubicacion
el tema de las comidas un poco repetitivas , el spa algunas tiene un precio alto para que algunas cosas no fucionen , ademas le falta una sauna seca.

This is our first time at this hotel ,our experience at check in wasn't very pleasant,the Lady,was quite abrupt
I had seen on booking .com the price of the spa was 10e ,I asked the lady the price,she said it was 22e,I said I saw it was 10e ,she became argumentative and said it had never been 10e
I photo shot the information to show her ,but I didn't see her again

El personal del servicio de habitaciones muy amable comida desayuno todo estuvo muy bien.
Incluso con las mejores intenciones, el personal no pudo ayudar en esta situación y tuvimos que esperar hasta que el sol se escondiera detrás de la fachada del hotel. También hay que decir que hacía un calor excepcional para la época del año.
Jugo de naranja de la bolsa :(. Lo único desagradable era que el calor de la habitación era insoportable mientras brillaba el sol. No hay posibilidad de cambiar la temperatura debido al suministro central.

Location was great for walking to Benidorm Palace. Room was modern,clean and spacious. Underground parking was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and although busy we had no problem finding a table.
On arrival there is no parking space at the front of the hotel.

Clean, staff very helpful and a great location. Buses and taxis right outside and restaurants nearby.

Very spacious and clean room. Secure parking. Good breakfast. Close to Benidorm Palace.
Shower door didn’t close properly. Extra cost for the use of a kettle in the room.

Room is south facing so is hot, air con set on cool blew hot air, fridge did not work, lights on sign outside make the room too light at night. Facilities equipment on roof hum 24/7 so it’s never quiet. Very disappointed
